Is there really no annual contract?
Right. Pricing is month-to-month for every tier. Cancel from your billing dashboard any month. We have not lost a masjid customer to date.
Where do donations land?
In your own Stripe account, not ours. KindEngage charges no platform fee on donations. The only fee on a donation is the standard Stripe processing fee, which goes to Stripe.
Do I need a separate Stripe account?
You connect your existing Stripe account during onboarding. If you don't have one yet, Stripe walks you through creating it in about ten minutes.
How do phone numbers work?
During trial we provision a shared sandbox number for testing. Once you subscribe, you can self-serve a dedicated US local number from any area code in your dashboard. Numbers cost $1.15/mo on Twilio and are included in your tier.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your account stays put. We email you on day 7, day 11, and day 13 to remind you to pick a tier. If you don't subscribe by day 14, the account pauses but your data stays — you can reactivate any time.
Can a small masjid afford this?
The Starter tier is $499/mo. Most masjids cover that with a single weekend's collection or one Friday's SMS-driven gifts. Track our case studies — ADAMS Center raised $170K in their first Ramadan on the platform.
Do you take a percentage of donations?
No. There is no platform transaction fee. The tier fee is the only thing you pay us.
What if I run paid ads on Meta or Google?
Add the Marketing & Tracking add-on at $399/mo. It includes server-side conversion tracking, multi-touch attribution, and audience sync. First 14 days free. Most orgs running even modest ads break even on the add-on within their first month.
